It looks like electric baseboard heat but it's not, it's hot water heat which is amazing! It's fairly quiet, niceeven heat that doesn't blow air. People with allergies love it, no duct work collecting dust and pet hair. The boiler is fueled by gas which heats the water and flows to the baseboards in each space! I love it!
